As we celebrate our rebranding, we are giving away $100 to 10 winners across Africa. To stand a chance to win, all you need to do is share with us what $100 can do for you on your next holiday. Whether it’s exploring a new city, trying a new adventure, or relaxing on the beach, we want to hear your ideas!

Here’s how to enter:

2.       Share a photo/video of yourself with a short caption that tells us what you would do with $100 on your next holiday.
3.       Tag us and use the hashtag #RivExcelHolidayGiveaway

The 10 lucky winners will be chosen across 10 different African countries and will be awarded $100 each. The giveaway is open to residents of Nigeria, Ethiopia, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Tanzania, Rwanda, DRC, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Angola, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, and Senegal. You must be 18 years or older to participate. The giveaway starts on (Saturday the 25th of March) and ends on (Saturday the 15th of April).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY:

This giveaway is open to residents of Nigeria, Ethiopia, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Tanzania, Rwanda, DRC, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Angola, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, and Senegal who are 18 years or older at the time of entry except those who are staff of or consultants to RivExcel

2. ENTRY:

• To enter the giveaway, participants must follow @RivExcel on social media, and follow the instructions given.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. PRIZE: 

The prize for this giveaway is $100 per person per country for 10 people from 10 different eligible countries.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS:

• This will be done in  2 stages. The first stage is the social media stage where the videos/ photos with the highest engagements are selected and the second stage is the website stage, where the top videos per country are voted for to pick the top 10 winners.
• The winners will be notified via their social media handles.

5. PRIZE COLLECTION:

• The winners hereby agree to give a 1 week timeline, from receipt of their payment details for their prize to be transferred to them due to bank and international money transfer policies.
• Winners must respond to the notification within 7 days of receipt of notification and provide the required details.
• Where contacted winners do not respond within the given timeframe, the next contestant who meets the winning criteria shall be chosen as the Winner.

6. PUBLICITY:

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to allow Rivexcel use their name, image, and any other relevant information for publicity and promotional purposes.

7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Rivexcel from any liability, damages, or injuries arising from their participation in the giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize.

8. GOVERNING LAW:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

9. MODIFICATION:

RivExcel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without notice. Any such changes will be announced on RIVEXCEL’S social media handles and website.
